By accessing or using Quaterio (“the Service”), operated by Triple Down AB, org. nr 559333-6091, registered in Stockholm, Sweden (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Quaterio is a web based document publishing platform that provides visual document editing, PDF export, template management, API access and integrations. The Service is offered in multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at our contact page if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days written notice. All paid plans include a 14 day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We offer a 14 day free trial for paid plans. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including documents, templates and exported PDFs. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, documentation and branding. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
API access is available on Business and Enterprise tiers. API tokens are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client side code. Usage is subject to rate limits and resource quotas based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or for usage patterns that degrade the Service for other users.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is provided via our contact page and is included with all paid plans.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless longer retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
